What You’ll Do
  • Define and Execute Product Strategy: Drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution to enhance user experience and business impact.
  • Lead High-Impact Initiatives: Identify opportunities for innovation, define key success metrics, and lead the development of features from ideation to launch.
  • A/B Test - Experiment - Optimize: Design and implement A/B tests to validate hypotheses, optimize product performance, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Lead Studio Teams & Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Lead engineering and design teams within the Studio while collaborating with marketing and data teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution.
  • Work on AI Apps: Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-powered mobile applications to drive innovation and user engagement.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with industry trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to maintain a cutting-edge product.
  • Mentor and Inspire: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior product managers, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
What We Look For
  • Extensive Product Experience: 5+ years in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful mobile app initiatives.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis, market research, and user insights.
  • AI & Mobile Expertise: Experience with AI-driven features and a deep understanding of mobile app development and monetization strategies.
  • Leadership & Ownership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams and take full ownership of product initiatives.
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with coding principles, system design, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and align teams around a shared vision.
