What You’ll Do
  • Lead UI/UX Design Excellence: Take ownership of the design direction across our products, leading the creation of intuitive, visually compelling, and innovative user interfaces that align with both product vision and brand identity.
  • Champion Innovation: Drive UI/UX innovation across the design team and ensure that our mobile apps are at the forefront of industry trends and user needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and transform ideas into exceptional user experiences.
  • Mentor and Guide: Lead, mentor, and inspire junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and growth within the design team.
  • Lead Design Strategy: Develop high-level design strategies, establish design frameworks, and ensure consistency across all product touchpoints.
  • Measure & Iterate: Leverage data insights to evaluate design impact, track user engagement, and make informed decisions on future iterations.

  • Experienced Leader: Proven experience in leading and managing design teams, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design for mobile applications.
  • Design Thinker: You approach problems with creativity and empathy, ensuring user-centric solutions.
  • Figma Expert: Strong proficiency in Figma, with additional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator as a plus.
  • Self-Starter: You take initiative, work independently, and drive design projects from concept to completion.
  • Strong Communicator: You articulate design ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven Talent: Your portfolio showcases exceptional UI/UX design skills, particularly within the mobile app industry.
