What You’ll Do
  • Lead Development Efforts: Oversee and guide the mobile team in building high-quality, scalable Flutter applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Design Scalable Architectures: Develop and implement robust architectures for mobile applications, prioritizing performance, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to tackle critical issues on products.
  • Ensure Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and mentor developers to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Flutter development and integrate them into the team’s workflow where applicable.
  • Define Mobile Development Strategies: Work closely with the CTO to shape the overall mobile development approach and ensure alignment with the company’s technological vision.
  • Technical Leadership & Performance Tracking: Oversee mobile engineers, provide technical leadership, and assess performance to drive continuous improvement.
What We Look For
  • Proven Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years in Flutter.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Git and state management (preferably Bloc), strong knowledge of design patterns, and participation in at least two large-scale Flutter projects from start to finish.
  • Cross-Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle; knowledge of Java, Kotlin, and Swift is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming technical challenges.
  • Autonomous Work Ethic: Ability to take initiative, own projects, and see them through to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Openness to Feedback: A constructive mindset, eagerness to offer suggestions, and willingness to receive and act on feedback.
  • English Proficiency: Strong communication skills with at least a B1 level of English proficiency.
