What You’ll Do
  • Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all financial transactions with transparency and accuracy.
  • Prepare Financial Reports: Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure clear financial oversight.
  • Lead Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and maintain annual and quarterly budgets while ensuring the company meets its financial targets.
  • Analyze & Optimize Performance: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Forecast & Advise: Prepare financial projections and share data-driven insights with the leadership team.
  • Streamline Reporting: Consolidate financial data across departments to create comprehensive reports.
  • Monitor Profitability: Generate segmental and app-based profitability reports to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Track Key Financial Metrics: Prepare KPIs such as MRR/ARR, ARPU, in alignment with IFRS 15 and industry best practices.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain data accuracy for internal and external audits while overseeing regulatory compliance.
  • Manage Cash Flow: Oversee cash flow, investment, and borrowing strategies to optimize financial health.
What We Look For
  • Experienced Financial Leader: You have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with Big Four experience being a strong plus.
  • Financial Reporting Expert: You’re highly proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Adaptable & Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and can navigate changing financial landscapes.
  • IFRS Knowledgeable: You have a strong understanding of IFRS, including IFRS 15 and consolidation principles.
  • Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Your sharp analytical skills and keen attention to detail allow you to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong Communicator: You’re fluent in English, enabling clear financial discussions and cross-team collaboration.
  • Audit Savvy: Experience in audit processes is a plus.
