What You’ll Do
- Be Our First-Ever Founder’s Associate: Step into a unique, high-impact role as the right hand of our CEO, directly shaping the future of AppNation.
- Operate at 360°: Collaborate with the CEO across all business functions—from Product and Data to HR, Strategy and Operations. Gain direct exposure to every facet of our mobile app business and participate in critical management and product meetings.
- Drive Strategic Initiatives: Conduct deep market and competitor research, benchmarking analysis, and deliver concise recommendations that inform top-level decisions.
- Optimize CEO’s Agenda: Manage and protect the CEO’s time, taking ownership of operational and strategic tasks so they can focus on the highest-impact initiatives.
- Bridge the Teams: Act as the communication channel between the CEO and all internal departments. Ensure seamless information flow, alignment, and execution of the CEO's directives—even when their availability is limited.
- Own Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular reports across functions like Data, Finance, Product, Marketing, AI, and Development—synthesizing insights into actionable takeaways for the CEO.
- Be a Problem Solver: Tackle operational gaps, act as a generalist, and step in to solve unexpected challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay Hands-On: Provide occasional administrative support (scheduling, meeting management) to keep the CEO's workflow optimized.
- Take on What’s Next: Be ready to handle evolving strategic and operational needs as they come directly from the CEO.
What We Look For
- Strong Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: 1–4 years of experience in mobile, gaming, or high-tech startups, or from management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.
- Analytical Excellence: Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Generalist Mindset: Comfortable wearing multiple hats, thriving in ambiguity, and managing diverse tasks independently.
- Top-notch Communication: Skilled at interacting with senior leadership and cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple strategic and operational projects efficiently with minimal oversight.
- Self-Starter: High energy, proactive, and eager to take ownership of challenges as they arise.
